About Catherine Green

Catherine has over 10 years experience as a UKCP accredited psychotherapist. She uses an Integrative approach but draws on theories and techniques from Humanistic, Personal Centred, EMDR and CBT therapies

Catherine believes that psychotherapy can help with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression, bereavement, relationship breakdowns, lack of sense of self and trauma. She also believes fervently that psychotherapy can effectively provide an optional treatment instead of or alongside anti-depressants

During her career Catherine has worked in the NHS, large corporations, set up and managed a UK-wide counselling service and contributed to a book called ‘The Gains of Listening in the Workplace’. She has had a wide range of experiences and trainings that provide her with a deep understanding of personal and relationship problems, work issues and different cultures
